The Grand National Roadster Show is not just about roadsters. There are all kinds of cars there – from coupes to wagons – but the roadster is certainly the most celebrated of the show, particularly with the crowning of America’s Most Beautiful Roadster (AMBR). This year their were a record 18 contenders for the AMBR award. Today we bring you a mix of both contenders and participants.
First we’ll show you a small selection of contenders for the AMBR award. This year’s winner is the flamed 1933 Ford Roadster built by Alloway Hot Rods, and we congratulate them on their win.
Now these are not the only fantastic roadsters at the show. Gorgeous examples are parked inside and outside, from mild to wild and traditional to custom.
One of our favorite roadsters of the show is “BADPENE” – short for Bad Penny. Why that name? Well, we guess it’s because there’s a whole lot of copper work throughout this low slung roadster.
Stick around – we have one more fabulous roadster to share with you!
