This is our kind of vintage vacation, a 1968 BMW Convertible and a canned ham trailer. We found this classic combo at The Friends of Steve McQueen Show and had to stop and check them out.

The BMW 1600 was part of the New Class BMWs that helped bring back the brand after their financial issues in the 1950’s. In 1968, the convertible 1602 was introduced, and this one looks pretty good for being over 40 years old!

There is more to come from The Friends of Steve McQueen Car Show, so stayed tuned.
