As the weather gets warmer, it seems like more and more hot rods are coming out to play. This past weekend, the city of Huntington Beach hosted a Rod & Custom Show in Central Park, with proceeds benefiting the HB Children’s Resource Center.
The variety of vintage cars against the backdrop of the lush park on a sunny Saturday made for the perfect show…
The flames on this rod were tastefully done in a realistic and complimentary manner, making it one of our favorites of the day.
Pearlized orange and white on a classic convertible corvette? That’s our version of the orange dreamsicle!
It was a treat to see these classic scooters… although we have to admit… we really wanted to see a sheriff on that first scooter. Wouldn’t that make getting pulled over worthwhile?
A beautiful park, a fun selection of cars, and a very worthy cause made this show a success. We look forward to next year’s show!
